March 1, 2024
Dear Parents,
Welcome to the Stanwich Club Summer Camp 2024. This letter is to confirm your child’s/children’s participation in camp this year. We are looking forward to a fun and exciting summer!!
All forms necessary for camp are on the website; these forms include:
1) Uniform Order Form – to be returned to the club by June 1st. Please note that uniform samples are at the front desk. Please stop by so that you can order the appropriate sizes. We will not be able to accept any returns.
2) Camp Medical Record Form – to be returned to the club by June 24th. Please note no child will be allowed to attend camp without a medical form.
Lunch Information
All Star Campers (ages 4-8) can either bring their own lunch to the camp or they will have an option in participating in the camp lunch program (Pizza, Burgers, Grilled Cheese, Chicken Nuggets, Pasta, Hot Dogs, Turkey Sandwich, Chicken Tenders, & Quesadillas).
Sports Campers (ages 9-10) will be provided a healthy, well-balanced lunch daily by ordering the same lunch program as the All Star Campers. A camper must bring a lunch from home if he/she is not going to eat the supplied lunch. Campers WILL NOT be allowed to purchase lunch from the snack bar.
